Today’s Lunch: Miso Ramen


My husband made lunch today. He’s really good at tinkering with ramen recipes until they’re perfect. He’s made miso ramen before, but this time he made the soup using half milk half water which gave for a more subtle miso flavor. He put in some onion and green onion sauteed in sriracha for a little spice, but next time would like to add either some kind of meat or a nice boiled egg. We are also on the lookout for fresh ramen (as opposed to instant dry noodles), which seems to be hard to find around here. I guess it’s time to head up the road to the Asian super market. ♡
