Dessert: Coconut Milk with Tapioca

My husband surprised me with this when I got home from work late last night. The ingredients are just milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, and tapioca. He said the only cooking involved was boiling the tapioca. It’s not too sweet, just really light and refreshing. I want to try it with fruit, like diced strawberries, and next time, we might try using larger tapioca if we can find them.
